NEW YORK, NY – Every year Vox Media’s Curbed honors bright talent in the design world under the moniker “young guns” for their ability to challenge the industry’s status quo. We were commissioned for portraits of two of the 2016 honorees. Above are Jake Levine and Zoë Salditch of Electric Objects, which is a platform for bringing digital art into every home. Below is Danielle Arps who designs fun and functional commercial interiors for tech start-ups. We supplemented the assignment with some GIFs where the Electric Objects team programs the changing art on their EO1 wall displays and Arps sketches her Dani Lounge, a custom chair with tall sides that provide both comfort and privacy.
